Callum's main interests are in ethics and political philosophy. He is currently pursuing a PhD at King's College London focussed on the theory and ethics of diplomacy. As well as FIE, he has teaching experience at Columbia University and in a variety of non-profit contexts. Prior to returning to academia Callum worked as a senior advisor in the Cabinet Office and won the Cambridge University Bennett Prize 2021 for his writing on populism.
Outside of his academic interests, Callum is a baker in an artisan bakery in North East London, and can be found in various climbing centers around London.
