Rebecca has a BA in Spanish and Biology from Wellesley College and a Master of Education from Bridgewater State University. She is an Associate Member of the CIPD with a Level 5 Diploma in Learning & Development. Rebecca first joined FIE in 2012 on the internship team and she is currently the Senior Director of Quality and Enhancement at FIE. Rebecca oversees the curriculum for the International Internship and Service Internship Courses, is the faculty advisor for Leadership London and assists with the Student Global Leadership Conference. Her academic interests include in-the-flow learning and pedagogy vs andragogy in higher education. Rebecca has visited over 30 countries, and has lived in the UK, US, Spain, Costa Rica and Ecuador. Prior to joining FIE, Rebecca taught secondary school science and English as a foreign language. Rebecca is an artistic swimmer with a Level 1 Coaching qualification.
