Anwesh graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) with a master's degree in human resources organizations. He has an extensive background in the business and human resources domains. He graduated from Christ University, Bangalore, with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in finance. Before securing an admission at the LSE, Anwesh used to work as a HCM business advisory analyst at Deutsche Bank.
